Courier Post delivers to our customers 5 days a week, Monday-Friday in the mornings at approximately 9am. Your order is packed to ensure freshness and is delivered in our specially made "chilly tanier" surrounded in frozen gel pads and delivered direct to your home or office. We need to have your order paid for by 1pm of that same day in order to ensure delivery the following morning. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered fresh on Monday morning. If you need anything outside these delivery times then please come and visit us at the shop, we are open 7 days 7am till 6pm at 187 Manukau Road, Pukekohe.
If you have a rural delivery address please contact us on 0800 782975 for the best possible drop off point. If your order is more than one carton or over the above maximum weights, we will be in touch with you to discuss the most cost effective delivery method for your order. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver outside of New Zealand but please contact us to discuss taking meat overseas as we are able to arrange this.
All deliveries come with a unique track and trace number from Courier Post so if you are unsure where your meat is and you want to inquire, call the Courier Post track'n'trace service on 0800 268 7437 and dial 2 to speak to an operator. Have your Tracking Number handy.
**Because we rely on Courier Post to deliver your order sadly we can't guarantee 100% that a major catastrophe ie Earthquake, Tsunami or other natural disaster or any other un-forseen factor won't make your order late. However, these guys are experts at what they do so we have full confidence in Courier Post, and if in extreme circumstances your order is late, it will never be by more than 24 hours.
