Franklin Country Meats, a New Zealand owned business, are committed to making every part of your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. All our prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. If you have any queries please phone and speak to one of our helpful staff on 09 238 7289. If it's outside our butchery hours (7 days a week 7am - 6pm) then leave us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Your Privacy

We do not rent, sell or give away our customer details, your information will remain confidential to Franklin Country Meats. However, we do need to give your delivery details to Courier Post so they can find you.

How we protect your personal information

Franklin Country Meats safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. You still need to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a secure browser.

DPS collect your data in order to process your payment. No collected card data is given to us or stored on our website.

The name that will appear on your statement will be Franklin Country Meats.

We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. When you want to place an order with us, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Internet Explorer 5.5 or later or Netscape 6.2 or later, This protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund up to 48 hours after receipt of your product or exchange it for another item. Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit if more than 48 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.

  • Please note that we will not be liable for return shipping costs but we will meet the cost of shipping any replacements using our courier provider.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of us receiving your returned product.
  • You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing error or a shipping error on our part.

How To Return An Item

  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  • Enclose the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list for your records.
  • If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
  • All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure a full credit.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

    Tracking your order
